Free wills with charity donation

A Rochdale solicitors is making Wills for anyone that needs one without charge if they make a charity donation.

Molesworths Bright Clegg have joined 'Will Aid' and is offering free wills to anyone who donates to the 'Will Aid' charity.

Each November, more than a thousand solicitors around the UK offer to waive their fees for drawing up a basic Will for Will Aid clients. Instead of charging their fee, they ask clients to make a donation of at least £75 for a single Will or £110 for a pair of mirror Wills.

This money is distributed between the nine partner charities; ActionAid, British Red Cross, Christian Aid, Help the Aged, NSPCC, Save the Children UK, Sight Savers International, SCIAF and Trocaire.

Will Aid has raised more than £7m million in donations for the Will Aid charities since it was founded in 1988 and many millions more in promised legacies.
