Snow halts bin collections

The overnight snow prevented bin collections from taking place across the Pennines township this morning.
The Council has announced that collections in Littleborough, Smithy Bridge, Smallbridge, Hamer, Wardle, Newbold, Milnrow and Newhey will now take place tomorrow (Saturday 19 December).
Residents are asked to put their bins out from 7am.
The Council has apologised for any inconvenience this may have caused.

16:10 on 21/12 on Raines Crest, Milnrow, recycling bins been out since 7am on Friday 18th. Still not emptied. Most of the roads around Raines Crest emptied, so what's the difference?
