Crash on Spotland Road

Two vehicles were involved in a crash on Spotland Road last night (Wednesday 1 September 2010).

The accident happened just after 7.30pm. Police attended Spotland Road close to the Junction of Clement Royds Street following a report of a collision.

A police spokesperson said: “Officers found a green Ford Ka and a black Skoda Fabia had collided.

“A bollard was also damaged in the collision.

“A woman in her 20s suffered an injury to her arm.”
