Appeal to keep the Feel Good Festival free

Rochdale Town Centre Management is appealing for financial support to keep the Feel Good Festival free - you can help by pledging as little as £2.
Rochdale Council has pledged £60,000 of the £102,000 needed to fund the event.
The Feel Good Festival 2013 is a free festival held in Rochdale Town Centre, returning for the sixth year running on Friday 30 and Saturday 31 August.
The event offers live music from big name acts on the main stage located within the grounds of the beautiful Grade 1 listed Rochdale Town Hall, providing a stunning backdrop to the festival.
The Festival also holds a Battle of the Bands competition giving local bands the chance to open the Festival.
The Festival showcases live cookery demonstrations in the Feel Good Kitchen from some of the world's best known celebrity chefs, along with a food village offering alfresco dining and a vibrant outdoor market.
In addition, there are a wide range of activities for children including Bugs, Bees & Beasties, face painting and fairground rides.
