Arrests/Warrants:
On 4 April 2014 two male adults previously arrested on suspicion of burglary at an address on Cartridge Street, Heywood on 28 December 2013 were charged with handling stolen goods (TV valued at £199). Both males will appear before Bury & Rochdale Magistrates Court on 23 April 2014.

On 4 April 2014 a male adult was arrested on suspicion of a burglary at an address on Cedar Avenue, Heywood between 18 March 2014 and 19 March 2014 and possession of a Class A controlled drug found in his possession at the time of his arrest. The male has been bailed for further enquiries until 4 June 2014.

On 4 April 2014 a male adult was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled drug (cannabis) with intent to supply when stopped by police officers on Bury New Road, Heywood. The male was charged and will appear before Bury & Rochdale Magistrates Court on 23 April 2014.

On 5 April 2014 a male adult was arrested on suspicion of assault at an address on Pilsworth Road, Heywood on 29 March 2014. The male has been bailed with conditions for further enquiries until 16 May 2014.

On 5 April 2014 a male adult was arrested on suspicion of theft (£3,000) from an address on Heywood Old Road, Middleton on 26 February 2014. The male was charged and refused bail and appeared before Bury & Rochdale Magistrates Court on 7 April 2014.

On 6 April 2014 a male adult was charged with two offences of assault at an address on Marlborough Street, Heywood on 29 March 2014 and 5 April 2014 and breach of bail at an address on Brunswick Street, Heywood on 29 March 2014. The male was refused bail and appeared before Bury & Rochdale Magistrates Court on 7 April 2014.

On 6 April 2014 a male adult was arrested on suspicion of an assault at a business premises on Market Street, Heywood. The male has been bailed for further enquiries until 18 June 2014.

On 6 April 2014 a female adult was arrested on suspicion of assault on Mount Road, Middleton on 1 April 2014. The female has been bailed with conditions for further enquiries until 1 May 2014.

On 6 April 2014 a male adult was arrested and charged with offences of affray and possession of an offensive weapon (Baseball Bat) on Bury Old Road, Heywood. The male will appear before Bury & Rochdale Magistrates Court on 30 April 2014.

On 7 April 2014 a male adult was arrested on suspicion of burglary at Kirkway Sure Start, Kirkway, Middleton, on 25 March 2014. The male was charged and refused bail and appeared before Bury & Rochdale Magistrates Court on 8 April 2014 at which time the male was further remanded in custody and the matter has been adjourned until 29 April 2014 at Minshull Street Crown Court.

On 8 April 2014 a male adult was arrested on suspicion of arson, assault and criminal damage at an address on Boarshaw Clough Way, Middleton on 8 April 2014. The male was charged with all three offences and was remanded in custody to appear before Bury & Rochdale Magistrates Court on 9 April 2014 at which time the male was further remanded in custody and the matter has been adjourned until 30 April 2014 at Minshull Street Crown Court.

On 11 April 2014 a male adult was arrested at an address on Pilkington Street, Middleton by officers from Middleton & Heywood Neighbourhood Policing Team on a recall to prison having had his prison licence revoked. At the time of publication the male was still in custody at Bury Police Station awaiting transport back to a HMP establishment.
