A group of fundraisers from the East Lancs Road Club raised £310 for the Hospice. To raise the money the cycling enthusiasts auctioned off a GB signed shirt at Manchester Veledrome.

The Hospice will be celebrating Chinese New Year early this year as Elaine McConnell’s ‘Foods Around the World in Rochdale’ event comes to Ocean Treasure in Middleton. The team from the Hospice will be celebrating with those who have managed to buy a ticket on Wednesday 4 February.

The Hospice is getting involved with the Mayor’s quiz night, which is raising money for the Hospice as well as a number of other local charities.

Lillie Winterbottom from the fundraising team is starting to get things ready for this year’s Go Green Day.

Even though we are only at the start of February, the Hospice has started picking out designs for this year’s Christmas cards.
