Monday 24 August

A male has been arrested for breaching a court order in Heywood.

A 32-year-old man was arrested for three counts of assault and criminal damage.

A 30-year-old man from Rochdale, thought to be responsible for a robbery and wanted by West Yorkshire Police, was arrested by Rochdale officers on Sunday (23 August) and handed over to West Yorkshire officers.

Craig Rea (04/01/1988) from Rochdale was charged with breaching his bail conditions and conveyed to Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court.

Patricia Kennedy (27/10/1957) from Rochdale has been charged with driving without due care and attention and failing to provide a specimen for analysis (driver). She has been bailed to appear at Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court on 9 October.

A 44-year-old Rochdale man was arrested on warrant for failing to appear at a court when instructed to do so.

David Shackleton (20/10/1990) from Rochdale was arrested for breach of a court order and was conveyed to Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court.

A man was arrested in Middleton for an immigration offence.

Tuesday 25 August

A 51-year-old male was arrested for an immigration offence and perverting the course of justice.

A 28-year-old man was arrested for burglary, theft and dangerous driving.

A 32-year-old male arrested on Monday 24 August for threats to kill remains in police custody for questioning.

Daniel Fitton (21/09/1992), local to Middleton, answered his bail and has since been charged with an assault and bailed with conditions to appear at Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court on 14 September.

A 15-year-old boy was arrested for theft.

A Rochdale man arrested in connection with conspiracy to defraud, has been released on bail to re-appear at Bury Custody office on 19 November pending further enquiries.

Wednesday 26 August

A 34-year-old man was arrested on warrant for failing to appear at a court when instructed to do so by a Court of Law.

Nicola Jefferson (06/06/1976), from Rochdale, has been charged with drink driving and has been bailed to appear at Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court on 9 October.

A 55-year-old man from Rochdale was arrested for assault.

A 45-year-old Rochdale man was arrested for public order.

A 24-year-old man from Rochdale was arrested for theft, burglary and assault.

Shauna Thornhill (04/09/1990), from Rochdale, answered her bail and has since been charged with permit production/attempted production on premises of a controlled drug of class B. She has been bailed to appear at Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court on 9 October.

Thursday 27 August

Danny Freeman (26/07/1991), from Rochdale, has been charged with taking a vehicle without consent, disqualified driving, drive/using a vehicle without third party insurance, theft from a shop and an assault. Freeman will be conveyed to Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court.

An 18-year-old female from Rochdale arrested on Wednesday 26 August on suspicion of two counts of burglary to a dwelling has been bailed with conditions to re-appear at Bury Custody office on 11 September pending further enquiries.

Leslie Bucket (04/12/1969), from Rochdale, has been charged with using threatening/abusive/insulting words, behaviour with intent to cause fear of/provoke unlawful violence. He is bailed to appear at Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court 9 October.

A 47-year-old male has been arrested for threats to kill and remains in police custody for questioning.

Friday 28 August

A 30-year-old man was arrested for assault and producing a controlled drug.

A 29-year-old man was arrested for criminal damage to a dwelling.

A 46-year-old female was arrested for criminal damage.

A 31-year-old woman was arrested for drunk and disorderly.

Neville Simms (01/01/1970), from Rochdale, is charged with breach of bail and will be conveyed to Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court.

Christopher Knight (08/04/1982), from Rochdale, has been charged with assault, possessing an offensive weapon in a public place, criminal damage and driving a motor vehicle without due care and attention. Knight is bailed to appear at Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court on 16 October.
