Local celebrity chef Andrew Nutter took to the stage for his fifth appearance at The Feel Good Festival.

Andrew, who owns Nutters Restaurant in Norden, described his time on stage as “fantastic”.

Speaking to Rochdale Online he said: “It was a fantastic experience. It is great to be in front of a home crowd and feel that buzz.”

Andrew made a steak sandwich, “posh fish pie” and challenged audience members to take part in a pancake challenge.

He added: “I think it is something like my fifth time at the festival and it is great because I can come from the restaurant and make some good food and give it out to people and they like that. I will come back next year if they ask me.”

Following his appearance in the Celebrity Food Kitchen, Andrew spent time at the festival meeting with local businesses and those in attendance.

When asked what he is most looking forward to this year, he said: “There is a comedy night on and an old friend of mine is involved. We knew each other when I was younger and our career paths took off in different directions, but he messaged me and said he was coming to Rochdale, so that should be good.”
