Chris Neville is offering a £1,000 reward to anyone who has any information that can lead to the return of his car.

Mr Neville, from Heywood, explains that he had only had the car for 48 hours before it was stolen.

Speaking to Rochdale Online he said: “I had only had it for 48 hours before it was stolen. I picked it up on the Wednesday and it was stolen on the Friday.”

The incident happened at around 9pm on Friday 25 September. Mr Neville’s car was stolen from outside of his property on Argyle Street, Heywood.
He added: “We weren’t in a the time and what they have done is taken a spade from my own shed and then taken the window off of the property and gone into the kitchen and taken the keys. Nothing else was taken.

“This was only the third time that I had left the car, so I think it is someone who was probably watching me and monitoring what I was doing.”

The car is a blue BMW 335D X Drive M Sport and has black rims and tinted windows. The model designation was removed from the back. The car registration is MJ65 APX and the last three digits of the VIN are 753. The car had less than 100 miles on the clock when it was stolen.

Mr Neville is now offering a £1,000 reward for any information to help get his car back.

“The reward is for any information that will lead to me getting the car back safely. If I get any information and I can get the car back because of it, I will give that person £1,000,” said Mr Neville.

Greater Manchester Police confirmed that they are looking into the incident and that enquiries are ongoing.

Anyone who has any information can contact Rochdale Online on 01706 523583 or via news@rochdaleonline.co.uk and the information will be passed to Mr Neville.
