Adnan Khan, 21, from Rochdale, is turning his passion for music into a well-established career.

Speaking to Rochdale Online he said: “I do lots of studio work so I make instrumental beats that other people can use. They have started to sell all over the world and I have got quite a large fan base in America.”

Adnan started producing tracks around four to five years ago after developing an interest in music. He said: “My family have a background in music and it is something that I have always had an interest in. I remember listening to tapes and then just going from there. I then started producing my own things.”

Adnan took to YouTube to show off his talent and has received thousands of likes for his videos. He has even caught the attention of some big names in America.

“I have had a lot of interest from big artists in America, including people who work with Chris Brown, and I always try to pay homage to my home town when people from America purchase my instrumentals,” added Adnan.

Adnan now hopes to carve out a career in music production and to secure a job with a big studio.

He said: “This started out as a hobby but people are always telling me that I am good at it, so I want to do it as my career one day. I would like to work for a big studio, that is the end goal and where I want to end up.”
