Money raised for youth and vocational projects in Middleton

The Rotary Club of Middleton have been raising money for their Youth and Vocational projects in Middleton; the Christmas Lucky Square grid raised £100 with the total now raised over £500.
One of the projects which will benefit is the introduction of Rotakids into Alkrington Primary School to link to their community ambassadors' initiative. The Rotary Club of Middleton will work with the school to help RotaKids. The school will benefit from motivated youngsters who are eager to use their maths and English skills to help others.
The Rotary Club of Middleton is also planning a Young Citizen's Awards' Evening to be held at St Anne's Academy mid- 2013 and school trips to The Excitement of Science in Liverpool, February 2013.
