5-a-side competition in memory of Ernie Cooksey

Rochdale FC's Football in the Community team is running a 5-a-side competition to fundraise for Factor 50 in memory of Ernie Cooksey.

The competition is held annually in memory of Ernie Cooksey who played for both Dale and Oldham Athletic, Ernie succumbed to melanoma in 2008 aged 28.

The contest is at The Soccer Factory, Royle Barn Road, Rochdale on Sunday 4 December 2011 from 2.00pm – 6.00pm. Trophies and medals will be given to the winners and runners up.
