Season ticket prices frozen

Date published: 11 April 2014

Rochdale Football Club has announced the season ticket prices for the 2014/15 campaign have been frozen.

The Young Person’s Season Ticket, for those aged 21 and under, continues again this season (prices from £185), along with the season ticket for fans aged 16 and under, which costs £89. The free season ticket for supporters aged 7 and under also returns – these do not have to be taken with an adult season ticket.

A special promotion period will run from Monday 14 April 2014 through to Saturday 31 May 2014, during which, in addition to the free matches that a season ticket offers, holders will also be entitled to an enhanced package of eleven special 'Team Rochdale' vouchers that will be inside the back of the season ticket book. The vouchers range from a free programme to a £10 voucher to bring a friend and up to £25 off next year’s season ticket price. The Team Rochdale vouchers have a value in excess of £85 (not available to Country, Junior, FOC, Carer or Goldbond season ticket holders).

Junior season tickets purchased during the special promotion period have five Team Rochdale vouchers as well as the chance to win the free draw to be a match day mascot.

A club spokesman said: "Season Ticket holders get priority for all the big matches, and this season our season ticket holders had priority purchase for both our FA Cup ties against Leeds United and Sheffield Wednesday, as well as the opportunity to buy additional tickets. Our season ticket holders also benefited with a priority purchase period for a number of away games during the 2013/14 season ensuring they didn’t miss those important fixtures.

"Non season ticket holders also have the inconvenience of having to make a separate journey to the ground to obtain their ticket for an all ticket match. Season ticket holders do not have that worry as all ticket league matches are included in the season ticket book and their seat is reserved for the whole season.

"In addition to the offers available during the SPP we are also giving you the opportunity to win back the price of your season ticket. At the end of the SPP, the club will hold a free draw for one lucky winner to win back the price of their season ticket. All classes of season tickets purchased on or before the 31 May 2014 will be eligible for this draw."
