Rochdale Rugby Union Club under 11s champions of Stockport Festival
Rochdale Rugby Union Club under 11s are celebrating an excellent start to their new season after playing in the Stockport Festival and coming back as champions.
They played five qualifying games and a semi-final and final and came through undefeated, scoring 37 tries and conceding only two during the whole tournament.
Since the majority of this squad came together as seven year olds they have been exceptionally successful. As under nines they won four finals and played in the Lexus National Finals in Northampton.
Last year as under 10s they won a total of eight trophies.
