Hornets Open Day

Date published: 06 January 2017

To launch the 2017 Season, when Hornets will take their place in the Kingstone Press Championship, supporters old, new and still to decide, are being invited to the Crown Oil Arena on Saturday 14 January from 10.30am.

On the day the full first team squad present and a full club photograph with as many supporters as can be gathered together will be taken. This will be at 11.00am.

A club spokesperson said: "We would love it if you could join us and also bring along some friends or family who have not visited the stadium - it's a chance to grow our numbers as we are Hornets.

"In addition you will get a chance to mingle with the players and collect photographs and autographs. There will be fun and games with the community staff for the young and not so young so bring your trainers.

"We will also have a behind the scenes tour of the stadium, including the dressing rooms and the heritage room."

Head Coach. Alan Kilshaw, Chairman, Mark Wynn and new CEWO. Adam Bates will give an update on the plans for the new season and the club shop will be open for sales of replica shirts and tickets for the home game against Salford on Sunday 15 January, kick off 3.00pm.
