This was to be the nature of the game with Trafford applying pressure on Littleborough’s line.

Eventually the pressure paid and Trafford gained and converted a penalty towards the end of the first quarter.

Well into the first half a further Littleborough penalty attempt by was missed.

Trafford kept pressing the Littleborough 15metres area and they succeeded with another converted penalty.

Nearing half time Goldthorpe was evident for Littleborough making strong tackles.
