Date published: 15 January 2017

Daisi Daniels has had a cracking start to her ski season.

The 14-year-old Beech House School pupil, training in Italy with the British Ski Academy, has won three golds in the Anglo Scottish Cup and the Artemis British Ski Academy Championships.

Daisi also won the overall title for the third year running in Slalom and Giant slalom, held in Aosta, Italy.

She then headed off to Austria with her team, the British Ski Academy, to the Evolution Speed Races, where she took three super G titles, beating contestants from Hungary and Netherlands and fierce competition from the other UK athletes.

The talented skier is now looking forward to her next race, which is representing Great Britain in Andorra, her fifth GB children's International, at the end of January. Daisi will be one of the youngest contestants in the Under 16s category.

Daisi would like to thank her sponsors, Beech House School, Chill Factore, Atomic Uk, Fort Vale and H Rigg properties for their continued support.
