Karate: Second Dan for James Lord

James Lord - Second Dan
James Lord, 13, has achieved his karate Second Dan.
He has been a member of The Dojo Karate Centre since he was aged five where he now helps coach younger belts at the club under the supervision of Sensei Irfan Ansari.
Sensei Ansari said: "James is a very bright kid who achieved his second Dan through diligent practice and focussed effort, paying attention to every detail to reflect the accuracy, speed, power and expression required to pass this difficult test.
"I am very proud of his achievement and thank his parents for providing continued support towards his future development. He has lots to offer the club and other youngsters who attend."
