Super League trophy in town

The Super League trophy will be in Rochdale on Saturday 7 November for Rugby League fans to come and have their photo taken with the sport's top national prize.

The trophy will be in the Rochdale Exchange shopping centre from 11am until 1.30pm then from 2pm to 4pm at the Wheatsheaf Shopping Centre.

Steve Goodall, the Hornets’ new Commercial Manager, who has spent the last two years working for Leeds Rhinos, said: “It’s a bit of a coup to be able to obtain the trophy as it is normally fully utilised to promote the Rhinos within Leeds and the surrounding area.”

It is hoped that a number of Hornets’ new signings will be available on the day.
