Norden through to cup quarter finals at the expense of Rochdale

Norden are through to the quarter-finals of the Lancashire Cricket Board Knockout following their win over Rochdale at Woodhouse Lane on Sunday.
Simon North and Ollie Makin each scored 47 as Norden totalled 193 for nine.
Rochdale were all out for 149 in reply.
Jon Henderson played an anchor innings to score 34, Wes Lansdale hit 21, and Dale Highton scored a late 22.
Steve Wild took four for 35 and Ollie Makin captured three for 25 as spinners held the upper hand.
Norden suffered their first defeat of the season the previous day, against reigning champions Walsden.
Walsden recovered from being 15-3 to total 199 for nine.
Norden were 143 for three at one stage in their reply but slipped to an all out 184.
Daniel Salpietro scored 61, Simon Harman hit 35, and Matthew Williams scored 29.
