The man of the match award went to Norden professional Daniel Salpietro who scored 73 and took three for 30, plus a catch.

Simon North scored 39, and Ollie Makin 28.

Stags' seconds were in trouble at 46 for five against Crompton seconds in a Burton Cup tie at Woodhouse Lane.

But Blair Patterson (90), Chris Humphreys (28) and Phil Docker (20) pulled them round to a total of 187.

Asif Saeed and Paul Morrell each took three wickets as Crompton were dismssed for 113.
