Rochdale junior lacrosse players tour America with the England U17 Academy

Four Rochdale junior lacrosse players, Danny Matthews, Rhys Fallows, Nathan Colclough and Nathan Madeley, have just toured America with the England U17 Academy.
During the tour the group effectively played 10 days of continuous lacrosse and showed a great deal of resilience to play to the final whistle of the final game.
The England Academy lost all but one game on the tour against the high calibre American teams but learnt a lot from a tough but enjoyable trip.
On the final day the squad relaxed and visited Citizen Bank park home of the Philadelphia Phillies baseball team, including a stadium tour and an opportunity to have a go in the batting cage.
Rochdale Lacrosse Club play at Bridgefold Road, Rochdale and 2014 saw their 125th season.
