Well done to all the learners who recently completed their Graded Music exams. We have yet to receive the results but staff were impressed by the standard of performance work delivered on the day. We look forward to receiving the results soon.
Our latest edition of the 'Create!' termly Arts magazine is issued this week and is available to download from our school website. Copies have also been issued to group tutors.

Letters for our 'Roman Invasion!' Summer School for Year 6 students have been issued to selected students. The Summer School takes place on the week beginning 28 July until 1st of August and will include a visit to Hadrian's Wall and Chester. There will also be a visit by the Roman Army to our school! If you would like your Year 6 child to be involved in the week, then please contact Mr De Courcey directly in school.

Well done to all the students who attended Alton Towers or one of the other selected venues as part of our Rewards Day this week. Students were well behaved and an enjoyable day was had by all. For further enquiries about the day and the visit, please contact Ms Barlow.

Year 9 Drama students recently performed a stylised version of 'Our Day Out' in class as part of their Arts Award Silver and will be conducting leadership workshops this week. Over the summer holiday they are to ensure that their Portfolios are complete, ready for assessment in autumn.

Our 'Arts Takeaway Kits' will be issued in the last few days of term to selected learners. We have been overwhelmed by the response and have been unable to meet the demand. We hope to be able to provide kits to other selected learners over future holidays. For more details, please contact Mr De Courcey, Mr Wilcock or Mr Ahmed.
