The Bridging Year enjoyed being part of MANTRA’s OPEN DAY. They enjoyed watching the camera crew filming different equipment throughout the warehouse. They also made ‘Creepy Crawly’ Popcorn hands as part of their class Enterprise.

4U students worked very hard this week during their Enterprise lesson, hollowing out Pumpkins and carving them for the Halloween Disco. Students then aim to use the fresh ingredients to make Pumpkin Pie / Soup and sell the beautifully carved Pumpkins to make a profit after they have been used to decorate the Halloween Disco.
The KS4 ‘Survival of the Fittest’ Team is ready for action. On the 8 November they will be taking part in a 10 km crazy obstacle course. Please sponsor them by using the text service or by sending a donation into school in an envelope marked ‘Survival’. All monies raised will go to Red-Aid.
