To book on a workshop or activity, please contact Mr De Courcey directly at school.

Edition 19 of our ‘Create & Participate’ Arts e-newsletter has been released to students. This is available to view from our virtual learning area or via our email link. Back copies of the e-newsletter are also available to view in the archive area.
The ‘Design a Costume for Corny Collins’ ‘Hairspray’ Competition comes to a close this week and we have received some excellent entries. The results of the competition will be announced shortly and each winner will receive a certificate and great prize. For more details, see Mr De Courcey.

Well done to all the students and staff who braved the elements to attend the ‘Light Up Lancaster’ Arts Festival on Friday 7 November from 6pm until 10pm. Students watched an interactive theatre piece in ‘The Storey’ Arts Centre before witnessing a range of outdoor arts installation pieces. The poor weather didn’t prevent us from having a lovely evening.

Tickets for our forthcoming interactive drama, ‘A Patch of Sunlight’ are available directly from school, priced £2.00. The show takes place on Thursday 4 December and features an audience activity. Designed for families, the drama tells the story of Stretch and Zombo, two characters trapped on a small island and faced with some difficult decisions about their survival. For more details, please contact Mr De Courcey or Mr Ahmed. The evening also features a special programme for each audience member.
We are currently offering students the chance to attend a visit to see ‘A Little Shop of Horrors’ at The Royal Exchange. For a letter and more details, please contact Ms Williams.

Arts Award Club takes place every Friday after school from 2.45pm until 4.00pm and is open to all years. This gives students the chance to earn an extra qualification at a range of levels. For more details, please speak to Mr De Courcey or members of the CEPA Team.
