Caldershaw Primary do their bit for Children in Need

Date published: 15 November 2014

Teachers were locked in the stocks for Children in Need at Caldershaw Primary School yesterday (Friday 14 November) and pupils pelted them with wet sponges in order to raise cash for charity.

Staff and students also did their bit by attending school in pyjamas and onesies in exchange for donations. A biscuit sale was also held, with all proceeds going towards the BBC’s Children in Need charity.

A spokesperson for the school said: “We’ve had great fun raising money for Children in Need.”
