Y5 Bikeability Training
This activity, known in my day as the Cycling Proficiency Scheme, runs next week for those children who have returned their forms. Groups will complete the training from Monday to Thursday. Please check that your child’s bike is ‘roadworthy’; e.g. it is the correct size, brakes and tyres in good condition etc.

Children may bring more comfortable and suitable clothing to wear for the training sessions. This includes wet weather. Please come to school in school uniform as usual however. Bikes may be left in or near to the school bike shelter overnight, but make sure it is locked up. Sorry, but school cannot be held responsible for any loss of damage which might occur overnight.

Dinner Money
Please can we remind you that dinner money is now £10.25 per week. The correct change would be appreciated.

Father’s Day presents please could you bring them to the school office – Thank you. Rounders Match The staff v parents Rounders match will take place on Tuesday 5th May at 3.45pm. Entrance is £1 per person. If you would like to take part please give you name and money to the office.

Visit to Robinwood Outdoor Activity Centre for Y5 in December 2015
Many of our current Y4 children have signed up for this trip later in the year. If you haven’t, there is still time. Ask for a letter from the school office if you need one!

Bags2School
We would like to thank everyone who sent in bags of unwanted clothes for our collection. A total of £104 was raised.

Water Bottles
As the weather is getting warmer please make sure your child brings a drink of water to school. You may provide you own bottle, but please make sure that it is clear, contains only water and the top doesn’t leak. We also have bottles for sale in the school office for £1.20 each.

Summer Fair
This year’s Fair will be on Saturday 13th June. One of our stalls will be ‘dopt a Tedd’. If you have any toys you would like to donate please send them to the school office – Thank you.

There will be 3 ‘Non-Uniform’ Days leading up to the Fair, when we ask for donations for the Fair. They will be Fridays – 15 and 22 May and 12 June.

Attendance Ted was shared by 5H who had 98.7% attendance last week.

On Time Ted was shared by 2C, 4A and 5T- who had no children late for school – Well Done.
