Lorcan Jackson participates in the Aspire Channel Swim 2015

Lorcan Jackson, a Year 8 student at Oulder Hill Community School and Language College is participating in the Aspire Channel Swim 2015 to raise money for people with spinal cord injuries.
Lorcan and his mum started the challenge on Monday 14 September and are aiming to swim the length of the English Channel (22 miles) over a period of 12 weeks, which equates to 1416 lengths of a 25m pool.
Lorcan has recently been joined by his friend Teddy Smalley, another Year 8 student, and so far they have swum 220 lengths!
Well done to all those taking part in this amazing challenge.
