St Andrew's, Dearnley and Smithy Bridge
As well as the usual 9.30am Sung Eucharist on Sunday, 1 November, we have a special All Souls service in church, starting at 4.00pm.
This is a service to which we invite back to church all those who have been bereaved in the past two years to join with us as we remember those whom we have loved and lost down the years.
We have a list of names of those you would like to be remembered and names can still be added at the 9.30 Sung Eucharist which will celebrate All Saints Day.
Last Sunday we welcomed as our preacher the Rev Jo Farnworth, who is the Young Adults’ Missioner for Rochdale.
Diary dates:
11.00am to 1.00pm, 14 November: Autumn Fair (donations please for tombola, chocolate and bottle stalls).
9.30am to 12.30pm, 21 November: Advent Quiet Morning.
28 November: Parish trip to Durham, information and booking list in parish room.
