Learn something new at Skills Fair

People will be able to learn new skills and brush up on their abilities at an event at Rochdale Town Hall next month.

The 'Rochdale Skills & Learning Fair 2008' will be held on Monday 19 May and aims to inspire adults to learn something new or update their skills as part of Rochdale Council’s Adult Learners Week.

Penny Sharp, Head Regeneration at Rochdale Borough Council said: "Whether you want to gain new skills or qualifications to get a promotion at work, or want to learn more about a subject you're interested in, the Rochdale Skills & Learning Fair 2008 will be well worth a visit."

Training providers, colleges and careers advisors will be amongst a vast range of exhibitors taking part in the event, which will run between 11.00 am - 6.00 pm.
