A huge vote of thanks

A huge vote of thanks from me to all the electors, who have put their trust in me for another four years, to work for Milnrow and Newhey. I know from the people I meet whilst out and about in the villages that I cannot, and will, not be resting on my Laurels.
I also know that the Liberal Democrats have set out in our 2007 Election Manifesto a superb radical programme, to change not only the way the Council looks after you, our customer, but also to highlight the need for better health for all, better community safety, and a better environment for us all to enjoy.
The Liberal Democrat team from Paul Rowen MP, to the backroom staff at Drake Street, to the Focus deliverers who are out there in all weathers, all year round, the families of your Liberal Democrat Councillors who support them, while the spend so much time away from home, all deserve and get my thanks for the help and advice they give me.
We have lots to do as the controlling group of the Council, and we will get on and do it.
