What a day!!!

 First visit of the day was to a fire that had been started deliberatly at about 3am  this morning in a garden shed and damaged the back door and windows of the property causing £100's of pounds worth of damage, Luckily no one was hurt, No apparent motive for this willful distruction of someones property, The mentality of the person(s) who started this fire beggers belief,

On a lighter note Christine and I went to visit the Luncheon Club at Meadowfields today ( no we did not have lunch) but had some really good discussions with the  people who were attending about 20 in all,  every one we spoke to was full of praise for the cook and  helpers not forgetting the staff at the centre, well done to all.

More case work in the afternoon, followed by the Corporate Parents Forum at the Town Hall , This was as always a very interesting  and informative meeting, As all councillors are corporate Parents I would like to see more input from all the councillors by attending these meeetings, the next one is in June and it is in your diary so please try to attend,

More case work and finally got home at 10.15pm. Good night for now
