As the nights draw in, and we have had our first sleet of the winter, I realised I have not posted a Councillor diary since May!
It was in May that the local elections took place and I was suffering from leaflet overload. I am still delivering leaflets, Lib Dems do all year round, but this time in Middleton.
I have seen one leaflet being delivered by another party, but as usual that party seems to take Middleton for granted, and is not making much of an effort. Perphaps when they get their Councillor back from Spain they will be able to step up delivery.
I do hope the Councillor can get back before December 5th so he can resign before the six month deadline and he gives the people of Middleton to have another by election opportunity to elect a Lib Dem Councillor who will work for them all year round.
