How can someone hoping to stand for MP for Rochdale have a problem with anyone standing up and speaking out regarding our healthcare and the downgrading of services at the Infirmary?
Were has Simon Danczuk been since the downgrading began not one ounce of support either for the public or the staff has been heard from him and now for him to say the latest news by MP Paul Rowen regarding A&E is scaremongering is ridiculous, It is the truth and something the public has the right to know about rather than keeping it quiet and having private meetings until after the elections.

It is a ridiculous unsafe decision at this point as no services have been put in place to even consider these proposals which I asked Trust Managers if the rumour I had heard was true at Health Overview & Health Scrutiny in front of full committee and the reply was “It was a proposal being discussed” that is far from scaremongering or any political gain from anyone.

Does Simon Danczuk think we are all idiots in the Rochdale Borough? Does he really think these proposals should be kept quiet!

He knows full well the damage this government have done and still continue to do with our Healthcare does he agree that elderly patients are being sent home from hospital very late at night apparently the cut off point is 12 midnight it is disgraceful to even think of sending anyone home at midnight let alone a vulnerable elderly patient.
What has happened to the promise from Labour of free prescriptions for long term chronic conditions?
Isn’t it true that they are withdrawing certain vital medication from Asthma sufferers simply because it is more expensive? Could I ask him when the asthmatic dependant on their medication is going to be informed that the inhaler/s they have been on and has kept them safe is now being changed because of cost?

I would suggest come into the real world of “illness and need of care” rather than keep it quiet,  Speak out for the most vulnerable rather than cover up the huge mess that is already in place with worse to come.
