Can I start by saying thank you for the warm welcome I have received on the doorstep over the last few weeks and for the numerous messages of support for the Lib Dem campaign locally.
If you don’t know me allow me to introduce myself. I live in Castleton on Fairway with my wife Linda and children. I was brought up in the area, attending school at St Cuthbert’s (then Bishop Henshaw’s), and am currently a Parent Governor at St Gabriel’s Primary School. I have forged a successful career with a leading finance company, and using my business experience and professional background believe I can bring a wealth of capability to the Council.
I am standing for election as I want to be able to make a positive contribution to our area and improve the lives of residents. Castleton needs and deserves a strong voice to ensure the village gets the attention and investment required to improve the quality of life and opportunities for its residents and businesses.
