I have lived in the Smallbridge and Firgrove ward all of my life and couldn’t be prouder of it. I attended Smallbridge Primary School (now Kentmere Primary School) and then went on to Howarth Cross Middle School (now Hamer School). I live on Ditton Mead Close with my wife and two children.
It’s a great honour to have been chosen to stand for the Liberal Democrats in Smallbridge & Firgrove. I know just how much work Councillor Jean Ashworth has done for our area, especially regarding the hospital, and it would be a true please to work alongside her as a fellow Councillor. If elected I promise to work hard for all sections of our community, hold regular advice surgeries and to also put local resident’s opinions first.
