A father of 4 and resident of Castleton where I have lived since 1995.
I have worked extremely hard over the years, starting work for a local manufacturing company straight from school before leaving to open a local retail business, and then returning to industry in the mid 90's.
In 2001 I began studying part time to obtain an Honours degree in Business Information Systems at Salford University, balancing my academic studies with the pressures of a busy full time job and raising a young family.
Along with my strong local roots and knowledge of the area and people, I bring with me a strong work ethic and many years of management experience in the private sector.
My current professional role is as Group Head of ICT leading financial services company.
I would welcome the opportunity represent and work with local residents to improve our community.
