TCA PEEL
A peel designed to improve overall skin texture and tone; also excellent for photo damaged skin and comedonal acne. Appropriate for all skin types.

Aftercare and down-time
The skin may appear red and flushed immediately after the treatment.
On the second day peeling may begin around the mouth, chin, cheeks.
The neck and forehead are often the last areas to peel. Peeling usually occurs from the second to the seventh day following treatment.
Prior to having this peel clients must prepare the skin with the Kit of products provided. It is also important to use these products following the treatment; during the peeling stage, and beyond to maintain the results.
Between one and three treatments required dependant on the individual needs.

MODIFIED JESSNERS PEEL
A peel designed especially for acneic skin conditions and the regeneration of new skin.

Aftercare and down-time

Rarely, the skin may appear splotchy. On the third day peeling may begin around the mouth, chin cheeks and eyes. The neck and forehead are often the last areas to peel. Peeling usually occurs from the third to the seventh day following the treatment. Depending on the desired results 1-2 peel applications are advisable scheduled 3-4 weeks apart. This will be discussed during the initial consultation.

DEPIGMENTATION TREATMENTS
for melasma/ chloasma and lentigo Cosmelan (lighter skin) Dermamelan (darker skin)
Pigmentation or skin discolorations are caused by many factors including sun exposure, aging, hormonal fluctuations such as pregnancy or menopause and trauma to the skin such as acne. Successfully treating these indications is possible, lightening the visible discolorations and inhibiting the cycle which causes pigment to surface later can be achieved with Dermamelan/Cosmelan Depigmentation Treatment.

MESOTHERAPY
Treats localised fat reduction and cellulite.

Mesotherapy involves the injection of a specially prepared mixture of vitamins, amino acids, and medications, placed just millimetres under the skin into the problematic area. This treatment is performed by the clinic nurse. Treatment is done once a week, clients may need between 8-16 treatments depending on the area being treated.
Cellulite
Mesotherapy melts the fat in the skin and breaks up the network of connective tissue fibers that form trapping fat cells and resulting in cellulite.
The fat dissolves and, as occurs when fat is broken down during typical weight loss, is carried through the bloodstream and excreted by kidneys and bowel.
Localised fat reduction
Mesotherapy can be used to eliminate double chins, ‘’love handles’’ and any other areas where your body pockets fat. Mesotherapy has a vast improvement over other treatments such as liposuction because it is a non surgical procedure and requires no down-time. The fat deposits flush out of specific areas and the body will not regain the weight in other areas. The treatment will only work if the client maintains a healthy diet
and regular exercise.
Side effects
A common side effect of mesotherapy is bruising, which generally resolves after a week. Arnica is applied post treatment to minimise bruising.
