Heritage Open Days
2011 was the first year that Bamford Chapel took part in the Heritage Open Days. Please check for details for dates and times in September 2012.
Bamford Chapel, United Reformed Church was opened in 1801 and is a Grade II listed building. Whilst there have been changes and additions to the fabric over the years it has always formed an integral part of the village and retains many original features.
Directions
From Bury Rd (B6222) turn onto Norden Rd. Bamford Chapel can be found on the corner of Jowkin Lane. Free car park located on the opposite side of Norden Road to Bamford Chapel.
