Fixtures 2011
We have a new style of fixtures this season. The league has been split into two groups with teams playing each other home and away. The winners of the two divisions will play-off on Sunday the 21st of August for the championship.
There are two new clubs in the league this season.
- Greenfield have brought their youth teams back to the Saddleworth League after spending a few seasons in the Lancashire County League
- Micklehurst first and second XIs have given notice of leaving the Huddersfield League to return to the Saddleworth League at the end of the 2011 season and they have started the process by moving their junior set up for this season
