Intro
Hi .. this is the first newsletter of the New Year. We have lots going on at the store at the moment. Firstly, we start with new hours next week opening at 9:00 am from Tuesday to Friday. We will be offering early bird specials for all who visit the coffee bar before 10:30a.m.
So if you feel need a real pick me up with a large organic latte or need to chill and detox with Mao Feng Green Tea we have the Teapigs range of teas with over 15 teas available.

Matthew our chef will be putting more hours in from now on. Adding to the range of delicious foods such as chocolate brownies which if you haven’t tried already you should, he will be making soup for sale in the deli and coffee bar as well as our own range of pates, hummus and tzaziki. All made from fresh ingredients as usual . . . So watch this space.
February will start our theme nights upstairs. Starting off with a Spanish food and wine evening. Details are yet to be sorted but if you are interested please email and we will work on a first come first served basis. More news to follow.
The box delivery service has really started to take off now. If you are looking for a local company to offer you fresh organic produce from the best local suppliers then look no further. £10.00 is the minimum and there is no charge for delivery. Try it once; most people have stuck with it after that.

Buy local..eat less..choose better quality and demand to know where your food is from. You’ll get fitter so will the economy with producers getting better pay and carbon footprints reduced!
