News - September 2018 - More repairs for Carr Lane
The repair work that has been completed to improve Carr Lane was completed under the Council's ROW budget - around £5000 has already been spent on the Lane. Over the next month, we will see a second phase of repairs underway.
As a group we applied to the Pennine Townships Fund who have awarded £5000 towards the repairs. Julie Simpson, ROW officer believes this will be enough to complete the work.
Carr Lane is never going to be an easy route but perhaps this will at least get it into a rideable condition.
