Who are PEARLS?
Pearls is a local north west company supplying low cost stationary, arts and crafts materials for schools, nursery’s, play groups, community groups, community artists and many local businesses to name but a few. For those that don’t know about us, we have actually been around for 21 years, but with Rochdale council as Rochdale Resource centre.
Since April this year we became independent of the Council and set up as a worker co-operative. We have qualified play workers and artists on our staff. So we can advise and help you with projects.
Events & Workshops
If you need a bit more help with your activities we can supply artists and play workers to come in and arrange activities for you. We can supply workshops for your staff. We work in schools, community groups, children’s centres and children’s clubs.

Brand new products & scrap in store!
As well as the fantastic arts crafts and education products, we have an Aladdin’s cave full of non toxic waste waiting to be made into wonderful art work. You know what they say one persons waste is another person’s treasure.
Lending Services
We loan out Badge machines, small soft play, parachutes, earth balls, Burco boilers, trestle tables and Giant versions of Connect Four and Jenga. We can offer advice on how to use this equipment to make your fun day or workshop successful. We also have a great range of small items that are great for your tombola etc.
