Do you watch the Antiques Roadshow or enjoy learning about antiques and collectibles? Then you’ll enjoy the Rochdale Antique Society.
Top quality speakers give fascinating talks and displays on their particular subject. These are wide ranging and a subject that may at first seem unusual often is most interesting due to the ability and knowledge of the speaker.
The Society aims to stimulate interest and appreciation of antiques and other works of art. This is achieved by monthly high quality talks by leading experts in their fields between September and the following May.
There are occasional evening visits to galleries and museums during this period. There is also an annual Sunday outing to different historical houses in the middle of May.
We welcome new members of all ages from avid collectors but, more importantly, from enthusiasts who appreciate antiquities and their origins.
