Intro
REDS is an employment support service for disabled people in Rochdale and works with people with physical or sensory impairments, learning disabilities or mental health needs. The service works with individuals, providing information, advice, guidance and support with all aspects of getting a job, including job search, application, interview support, training and on going support in work.
REDS also provides ongoing career development and job retention advice and support for disabled people in full time, part time paid and voluntary employment.
