Rochdale Photographic Society

Intro

Rochdale Photographic Society run a varied programme of events: i.e. visiting speakers, practical evenings, photographic trips out, etc.

We have a varied syllabus which runs for 50 weeks of the year.
In addition to our syllabus we have studio nights and members nights / days out.

Visitors and new members are always welcome.

We actively seek new members and offer anyone interested in visiting us, the opportunity to come along for up to 3 meeting evenings without charge, We hope that this provides prospective members the opportunity to see if the society meets their needs for either developing their photographic skills.or just enjoying the interaction with other photography enthusiasts.

The society was established in 1890 and shortly after, granted permission to use the then borough coat of arms.
