Intro
Wardleworth community centre has recently spent £241,000 upgrading its facilities and now has a modern catering kitchen, a large main hall, a purpose built children's nursery, and a refurbished smaller hall. It is a suitable venue for larger weddings and private functions.
We also rent out space to local community and voluntary organisations. We have a boys and a girls youth club as well as a drug education project for BME parents and carers.
Other groups using the community centre include Koranic Arabic classes for children and for mothers, police surgeries, councillor's surgeries, a group for people with a learning disability, and adult education classes.
