Intro
Come into the Welly and enjoy good company in a warm friendly atmosphere.
Concerts held every Sunday night. Two acts backed by singer/compare Johnny, Ian our highly talented keyboard(s) player and Colin our excellent drummer. Both are truly highly talented musicians with a vast amount of knowledge and experience.
Every room in the club as recently been redecorated. All with the help and funds supplied by loyal members. The concert room upholstery has now been completed together with new blinds and decorative furnishings tastefully picked by the devoted stewardess and the presidents wife.
The club consists of:
Upstairs:
- Concert room for hire (most of the time except Sunday night) It will hold approx 150 to 200 people depending on type of function
- Stage with artist dressing room
- dance floor
- bar
- outside smoking area
- Clean and nice ladies and gents toilets
- Stair lift, (please make sure the stair lift is suitable for your needs)
Downstairs:
- Games room containing refurbished snooker table
- Large screen T.V
- Pool table
- Darts etc.
- Lounge: Seats approx 60+ people, (sometimes used by members for smaller functions) Karaoke, Christenings, Funerals,
- Also for access to ladies downstairs toilets and outside smoking area
