Working with our Client we are looking to appoint a Credit Control Assistant.

This role may suit an individual who has perhaps worked with Customer Services – working to find Business to Business solutions or perhaps a trainee Credit Control Assistant who is now ready to make a career move.

On a day to day basis you will work alongside and be supported by a Finance Manager and Senior Credit Controller. They will work to ensure that you are fully trained to be successful in the role. They will also be responsible for your personal development and career progression.

To succeed in this role you need to have strong Excel skills as you will be required to work on Excel daily – preparing Statements / converting Invoices and updating Aged Debt Reports.

On a day to to day basis you will be responsible for Credit Control of small / medium sized Clients by telephone and email. You will need to have the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships – internal and external. You should be proactive in your approach to Query Management and Resolution.

Finally you should be somebody capable of making their own decisions and have a confident approach to what they do!
