Pay Scale: £8.00 - £9.00p/h
My Client has an IMMEDIATE need for an experienced Administration and Finance Temporary Assistant to join their business as of Monday 24th September 2018 – the assignment is expected to last a minimum of 8 weeks – but the Client has requested that Candidates view this as a ling term assignment.
As a Temporary worker the Client will treat exactly the same as a permanent employee and to this extent you will be able to take full advantage of all the facilities and benefits of the Business.
The role requires STRONG EXCEL skills – you should be able to create and update spreadsheets and also be able to use V Lookups and Pivot tables.
In addition to this a knowledge of Purchase and / or Sales Ledger would be an advantage as you will be required to view Invoices via Excel – Match / Batch and Query Management.
